HMD Global seems to be unstoppable when it comes to launch new devices in the market. The company has recently introduced four different ranges of new Nokia smartphones in the technology market at Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona, Spain. Now, the company is preparing for the launch of their new flagship phone, the Nokia 9. The new flagship phone to come with in-display Fingerprint Scanner, new reports just confirmed the availability of in-display Fingerprint Scanner on the Nokia 9 smartphone.

The new Nokia 9 smartphone has received plenty of leaks in the past. The phone has been listed on FCC in the United States and we have some additional rumors about the launch of the new Nokia 9 smartphone before the end of this current year as well. Today, according to various sources, the Nokia 9 would feature an innovative, in-display Fingerprint Scanner.

Furthermore, the new generation Nokia 9 smartphone will come with all the latest technical specification on-board. The company will release the device with a notch on the display just like the Apple’s flagship phone, the iPhone X. Previous, it was reported that the device to come with Penta Lens Module at the back which would use five different camera sensors on the device.

These were just the rumors on the upcoming flagship phone from HMD Global as there is no any confirmation regarding the availability of the notch or any other features on the device as of now. However, as per the new reports, the company is going to introduce their in-display Fingerprint Scanner on their upcoming, Nokia 9 smartphone. Yes, the Nokia 9 to come with the innovative in-display Fingerprint Scanner.

According to previous leaks, we can expect the new Nokia 9 smartphone to come with a 5.7 Inch full HD display with minimal bezels. The device to come with an aspect ratio of 18:9 on the screen. Furthermore, the device could be using the current Chipset, the Snapdragon 845 Chipset by Qualcomm. This is the latest Chipset by the giant which is currently running on the newly announced, Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ smartphones. The new Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s smartphone will also be using the same Chipset onboard.

We have already heard about that the company might push the in-display Fingerprint Scanner on their upcoming flagship smartphone and the new reports are confirming the same thing on the unannounced, Nokia 9 smartphone.

Until now, there is only one smartphone available in the market featuring this innovative, in-display Fingerprint Scanner and that is Vivo’s new Vivo X20 Plus UD smartphone where UD stands for Under Display for the Fingerprint Scanner feature. And now it seems like more giants are looking for the same technology to equip the Fingerprint Scanner underneath the display on the front panel.

Recently, Samsung has denied on using the in-display Fingerprint Scanner on their upcoming, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 smartphone. The device will be featuring the same, physical Fingerprint Scanner at the back panel just like other smartphones. Using this technology eventually increases the price tag of the device as it requires some technical specifications on the chips. This is the only reason why Samsung may not come up with this in-display Fingerprint Scanner on their new flagship phone, the Note 9.
