Motorola starts rolling out Android Nougat update for Moto G4 Play

Motorola’s Moto G4 Play is one of the most popular older smartphones from the company. The Moto G4 Play smartphone was launched in the year 2016 running on an Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Operating System, starts getting an Android 7.1.1 Nougat Operating System update. Instead of introducing the Android 7.0 update, the company has directly released the final Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for the device. 

Motorola has started rolling out this update officially and it will soon reach out to the world’s regions gradually. In order to update your Moto G4 Play smartphone with the Nougat update, you would receive a Push Notification on your device regarding this update. Once you see the update, you can directly download the update and can install it to your device by following basic instructions.

On the other hand, if you don’t see any notification on your device, you can even check for a new update by yourself. Yes, you can even check for a new update on your Android device manually as well. In order to check for the new update on Motorola’s Moto G4 Play smartphone, all you have to do is just go to the Apps menu and launch the Settings app. Scroll it down and select About Phone option. On the camera front, Moto G4 Play offers an 8 Megapixel of rear camera along with a 5 Megapixel of front facing camera as a selfie shooter camera on the device. You can take good selfies and can make quality video calls through the phone’s front facing camera. There is also an LED flash light available on the device. The device offers 2,800 mAh of battery capacity as well.
