LogiNext raises funding from IAN



LogiNext raises funding from IAN (Indian Angel Network) on April 7th 2015 for undisclosed amount as venture capital. The company helps logistics businesses to improve their internal operations by optimizing delivery networks and provide superior customer service using data collection, advanced analytics and visualization. LogiNext caters to medium and large scale enterprises in unorganised and emerging markets.

Tracking is the biggest concern for any logistics and supply chain across the globe, the company helps logistics businesses to track their shipments, delivery personnel, vehicles and each movement that are involved.

The company also offers real time tracking and logistics analytics right from pick ups to line haul, last mile and reverse logistics. In fact logistics sector is poised for a higher growth due to improvement in economy, transport infrastructure, e-commerce penetration and GST implementation which is awaited.

Transportation process

LogiNext was founded in January 2014 by Manisha Raisinghani and Dhruvil Sanghvi. Manisha has done her Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from University of Mumbai and went on to do her Masters in Master Information Systems, General from Carnegie Mellon University.

She joined Mastek Ltd as Programmer Trainer in 2008, had short stint of a year and moved to C2L Biz Solutions P Ltd as Solutions Architect. She worked with the company for 2 years and went to Carnegie Mellon University as Research Assistant. Prior founding LogiNext she worked in IBM as Senior Consultant in 2012 and worked in IBM for 19 months. In January 2014 she founded LogiNext.

Dhruvil Sanghvi is co founded of LogiNext. He has graduated in Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Nirma University in 2009 and went to Carnegie Mellon University for his Masters in Management Information Systems.  Dhruvil has Diploma in French Language by French Ministry of Education.


He started his career as Assistant Systems Engineer in Tata Consultancy Services in 2009. He had brief stint of 8 months with TCS and moved to Credit Suisse as Social Media Consultant in January 2011. In June 2011 he joined Ernst & Young as IT Advisory Services Intern. He handled financial regulatory compliance for anti money laundering. Then he moved AT Kearney as Sustainability Consultant, he designed an enterprise value map for the client executives to visualize a direct link between sustainable initiatives and shareholder value.

In January 2012, he joined Deloitte Consulting as Information Management Consultant. He developed several strategies in data management, data analytics and data ownership. Dhruvil worked with Deloitte till October 2013 and co founded LogiNext in January 2014.

LogiNext received undisclosed amount from India Angel Funding (IAN) as their venture funding. Per deal Sanjay Mehta, Lead Investor of IAN will join the board of LogiNext.


“LogiNext has designed their software to work on multiple data sources to predict the correct ETA of individual shipments. It has set out to become the ‘Google’ for shipments searches and help e-commerce and logistics companies gain control on their customer experience,” said Sanjay Mehta after funding.

LogiNext has 15 member team and planning to expand employee role to 25 in next few months. As per company, they have 15 clients and in the process of acquiring 25 clients with who pilot are under progress. Prominent among them are Flipkart and Snapdeal.
