The Huawei P20 Lite smartphone with the model number ANE-LX1 was certified today by FCC. The company has recently confirmed that they will also be present in the Mobile World Congress which is happening in this month at Barcelona, Spain.

Huawei has also promised to launch new products during the Mobile World Congress. Today, we have even spotted three new Huawei Smartphones on a Chinese benchmarking website, TENNA. So there will be some mid-range and entry-level phones for announcements by the giant at MWC 2018.

If we talk about the Huawei P20 Lite smartphone, it’s a successor edition of last year’s Huawei P10 Lite smartphone. Previously, it was expected to be the Huawei P11 series, but later one, we have confirmed that the new Huawei Phones will be launched under the P20 series and not the P11 series.

According to FCC listing, the Huawei P20 Lite smartphone measures 148 x 70mm and it would be a little bit taller than the new iPhone X smartphone.

Moving on to its specifications, the Huawei P20 Lite smartphone is expected to feature 6 Inch display. The device would be running on an Android 8.0 Oreo operating system out-of-the-box. The listing also shows that the device would come with a 2900mAh battery. It would also support 18W of fast charging technology to recharges the device super faster.

As we already know that, Huawei is going to announce the P20 series smartphones with triple cameras at the back panel. We would clearly see the vertically aligned triple cameras on the Huawei P20 Lite smartphone in the listed images. The cameras are certified by Leica. Furthermore, the device comes with dual-SIM and Wi-Fi 802.11n. It would also supports microSD card.

Previously, a popular tipster Roland Quandt had shared the codenames of the Huawei P20, P20 Plus and P20 Lite are respectively with Emily, Charlotte and Anne.

Being the most speculated smartphones, the phones are receiving regular leaks and rumors. Earlier leaks suggest that the phones would come with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a screen resolution of 1,080 x 2,280 pixels. The company will acquire some part of its design from the iPhone X.

Huawei has also introduced their own advanced 3D Facial Recognition Technology. So rumors also suggest that the upcoming Huawei P20 series phones would be featuring the Facial Recognition Technology and would come with Face Unlock feature just like iPhone X’s Face ID. So one of the P20 devices may not feature the Fingerprint Scanner.

According to previous rumors, the Huawei P20 Series smartphones would be powered by company’s own Kirin 970 chipset and would come with 6 GB of RAM. Since the company is holding a separate event for these devices, we have to wait until the March 27 to see the devices live in the technology market. We could expect something great from the company from the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2018.
