Google has announced a crucial update for all the mobile users. To those who search for results in Google through mobile, the pages will have an additional feature being added to it. Whenever there is a search query that gives videos as results, Google will show a 6 Second Video preview which helps you in deciding if you actually want to view the video or not. This feature has been in existence by many channels, for example, the adultery sites like xvideos.com etc.

YouTube has also adapted this feature as most of the videos on the web, today, belong to several sources. Emily Moxley, the director of Product Management for this particular product at Google said that,

“Any video on the web is eligible for inclusion, though Google may not have a preview for some of the newest videos available yet because it takes the servers a bit of time to build the previews.”

In today’s world, the videos are getting popular day by day and it is not a secret that they are most convenient and quick way to pass the information. Therefore, a thumbnail alone is not going to tell you what the video contains after all the video makers have by now known how to set the prettiest thumbnails.
