The new Yahoo Mail update for the Android and iOS enables the users to swipe left or right to quickly navigate between the News, Inbox and Today rather than tapping on the relevant icon. Smart search feature is also included in the update which was partially rolled out with earlier update. For example, if you start typing a name, Yahoo Mail app offers the smart search suggestions, including both the people and messages.

Smart suggestion features helps you to narrow the search results. This app filters your search results by files or photos, messages and you can scroll through them to find out what exactly you are looking for.

Yahoo Claims that during the testing of the app, users spent 50 percent more time inside the app, when compared to the previous versions, thanks largely to the new engagement driven features like Today and News.

As mentioned earlier Yahoo Mail app updated version can be download from Play Store and for iOS it is yet to be released.
