The LG Knock Code feature is very famous. First time LG launched this feature in its LG G series Smartphones, after that the knock code feature is available in its whole LG L series family such as LG L90, L70, L65 and many more. If you want this feature on your non -LG Smartphones which is running on the Android OS- Now it is possible for you with the use of Xposed module.

The Xposed Module of the XDA forums brings this Knock code feature for the non-LG Smartphone, but  it will come with some limitations. It only operates in the Smartphone lock screen, only for the purpose of unlocking the device. There is no word if they will be adding the ability to launch apps. And the app is currently working with the latest Android 4.4 variant only. Lastly, unlike LG’s original Knock functions, the Xposed module will not work with your screen turned off.

The Xposed module also requires the file containing your specified knock code to be readable by any app on your device. The Developer MohammadAG has assured us that the file is encrypted, but these days that files require more security. And at the end In the end, Knock Code uses a simple 2 x 2 grid, within which you assign a tap configuration to unlock your device. This Xposed Module is also restricts you to the characters 1, 2, 3 and 4 to create a secure pass code, that would require a sufficient or proper length before becoming un-guessable.

In conclusion, Knock Code functionality using this Xposed module brings a very cool feature to your Android device.
