The company is headquartered in San Francisco, CA and has development center in Chennai founded by Girish Mathrubootham along with Shan Krishnasamy. They have been funded for $45.1 million till now from various venture capital companies such as Accel Partners, Tiger Global Management and Google Capital.
Freshdesk has products like Freshdesk – customer support software, Freshservice – internal IT Helpdesk and Mobihelp – In App support for Mobile apps. They have several tariff plans such Sprout, Blossom, Garden, Estate and Forest. Once signed up the customer can choose any of these plans.
However several features such as multi channel support will be provides for higher packages. Once signed up by default Freshdesk will provide 3 agents support and if the company feels they need some agents to manage their call support. They can sign up for higher plans.

Myntra’s unique offerings include the largest in season product catalogue. All the products offered on the platform are authentic and provides cash on delivery with 30 day return policy.
The company was started by 3 ex IIT’s in 2007 offered their services business to business model its initial time. After 2007 Myntra started allowing customers to personalise products such as T Shirts, Mugs, mouse pads, calendars, watches, pendants, wine glassed and other. The delivery mode was 3 days. Within 3 years Myntra became largest personalization platform with 50% market share.
In 2011 they moved away personalization and started including fashion and lifestyle products in their catalogues. Jabong is an Indian fashion and lifestyle e commerce portal. The website sells apparel, footwear, fashion accessories, beauty products, fragrances, home accessories and other fashion and lifestyle products.
The company follows both inventory and managed marketplace model. Jabong has 1000+ brands and over 90,000 products. With innovative branding and marketing the company is trying to mark its foot print in the consumer segment.
The company has partnered with fashion platform Stylista. Jabong offers boutiques a platform to showcase their prized collection to each and every fashion enthusiast across the globe. The collection includes many Indian designers such as Wendell Rodricks, Priyadarshini Rao and Nishka Lulla.
Apart from this the company has partnered with Tripda, Foodpanda, FabFurnish, Printvenue, PricePanda and CupoNation. Amazon was in talks with Jabong for possible takeover however in the last minute it was withdrawn. The acquisition talk was in process from last year. The deal size was for $1.2 billion.
During the great online shopping festival 2013, Jabong was one of the most visited e commerce sites. The company has an international online shopping store called Jabongworld.com. The website sells Indian ethnic wear in the international market and customer can pay in the local currency.

Zomato is an online and mobile restaurant search and discovery service providing in depth information for 300,000+ restaurants across 19+ countries. Zomato was earlier called as Foodiebay.com. Zomato is one among the top 25 most promising internet companies in India.
Zomato goal is to ensure that every meal have to be great experience. They offer best restaurants in the locality, offer restaurants info, latest menu. One can discover the restaurants according to the mood. One follows foodies for original review and creates their own personal food diary that can be shared.
The company has achieved growth through mergers and acquisitions in various countries. Zomato achieved breakeven in 2010 and started expanding in Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Zomato launched app in iOS and Android environment in the year 2011.
Zomato launched their overseas launch in Dubai in 2012, followed by Sri Lanka, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Philippines and South Africa. In 2013 the company launched their services in New Zealand and Turkey.
Zomato has been funded for $113.8 million till now from 3 investors. The company’s major investor is Info Edge, having been funded several times amounting 50% percent of the capital in the company. Recently $50 million was raised by Zomato from Vy Capital and Sequoia Capital in April 2015.

The company was founded in 2007 by Vishal Mehta, who is a Cornell and MIT Sloan Alumni. He funded the company by selling his assets while starting the company with a group of ex Amazon employees. Initially started as automobile portal in 2007 and moved to online retailer space in 2010.
The company hosts a list of online retailing portals like Infibeam.com and e-commerce platform software service through buildbazaar.com, eBook reader, dhamaal.com.
Infibeam acquired Picsquare.com, personalized photo printing website in 2008 followed Odigma, digital marketing firm in 2014. The company has diversified into several businesses which are online such as Buildabazaar which is Saas platform. The platform built online stores for TTK Prestige, HiDesign, Crossword and NDTV shopping.
The company has its own logistics division to support their online business called Infibeam Logistics. Apart from all these businesses, the company has music streaming platform called INDENT which builds music streaming and download platform solutions for music labels, brands and OEMs. One important point to be noted, in 2013 Infibeam built Sony Music’s Jive HD streaming and downloading app embedded in Sony’s Xperia smartphone series.

Infibeam built ticketing solution for Adlabs Imagica in July 2013, also for Mumbai International Airport. Infibeam has not gone for any venture funding till now which is a noteworthy point.

The company is India’s biggest online movie and events ticketing brand. Bookmyshow caters to ticket sales for movies, plays, concerts and sporting events via online platform.
Mumbai headquartered company was founded in 2007 by Ashish Hemrajani, Rajesh Balpande and Parikshit Dar, ex alumni of Sydenham Institute of Management of Mumbai University.
Bookmyshow brought the concept of online movie ticketing in India. Initially started on movie halls and extended to concerts, events, theatres and sports. The 400 employee company provides information about upcoming movies and events with show timings and venue details. The portal provides artist information as an added flavour.
The company saw first round of funding in 2007 by Network 18. In 2012 Accel partners invested $18 million in the company as venture capital. Bookmyshow saw another round of funding $25 million as venture capital by Network 18, Accel Partners and SAIF Partners.
Bookmyshow acquired TicketGreen, a company based online ticket from Chennai and Bookmyshow is valued at $167 million. The company has offices in India, New Zealand and Malaysia. The company has tie up with major Indian production houses and studios with real time ticketing for major cinema chains like INOX, Big Cinemas, Cinemax, Fun Cinemas etc.,
75% of cinema online booking are done thru Bookmyshow website. Apart from all these things, the company tickets for sport events such IPL and Yonex Sunrise Badminton Asia Tournament, Test matches of India and Australia held in Bangalore.They are official ticketing partner for Mumbai Indians, Kings XI Punjab and Delhi Daredevils.

The company is a business to consumer travel aggregator based in Gurgaon, India. Goibibo is a part of ibibo group travel organization, developed and enables travellers to search, compare and buy from across categories like air tickets, hotels and bus tickets. The company has apps for iOS, Windows and Android environment.
Initially the company concentrated on domestic air ticket booking in 2009 and in 2012 they launched hotels and international air ticketing.
Goibibo app has several first to its credit. Users can personalised their itinerary with checklist – users can create travel plans and can access organised travel checklist. The app sends out Fare Alerts to the user where they can keep an eye of fluctuating airfares.
User can store Bank Card Information and net banking information stored in a secure way that allows multiple payment notes. Goibibo allows user can shortlist their favourite hotels on search results page and which can be synced with either mobile or desktop. The app provides weather forecast as added information.
Last year the company acquired redBus.in, another online bus ticket aggregator marking it as one of the biggest overseas internet deals. The parent company of Goibibo Company, Ibibo group which is a subsidiary of South Africa’s Naspers, China Tencent holding a major stake.
