Asia and other markets was the first to experience the very promising HTC One E8. It was only a matter of time before the One M8‘s plastic variant landed the USA market. As it turns out, Sprint is the first service provider in the States to launch the clean device to this side of the lake.
It packs everything you can expect from a high-end device, mimicking most of the M8’s specs, the only difference is the plastic body instead of metal and the 13 MP camera instead of 4 MP Upixel. The Now network is offering the One E8 in two colors: Gary or White with silver finish.
These differences in design and build make the device a bit more affordable, but I know many of you find metal body a a bit slippery compared to the plastic one, making the plastic build an improvement. Apart from these changes, you will find the same 2 GB of RAM, 5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 801 processor and 2,600 mAh battery on both smartphones.
