The South Korean Smartphone manufacturer Sony has officially launched Sony Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact in India. Both the smartphones will be available from Thursday onwards and both smartphones are packed with some awesome features such as IP65/68 certification, which makes them dust-proof and waterproof. The Xperia Z3 is available at Rs. 51,990 ($800) whereas the Xperia Z3 compact is available at Rs.44,990 ($700).
Sony Xperia Z3 comes with 5.2-inch full-HD Triluminos display and is backed by X-Reality mobile picture engine.The latest flagship Smartphone is also packed with a 20.7-megapixel auto focus rear camera. And the rear camera is also capable with 4K (Ultra-HD) video recording, and features an Exmor RS apart from pulsed LED flash. The Smartphone also has a 2.2-megapixel front camera which is able to record full HD video. It has a a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor packed with 3GB of RAM. Xperia Z3 comes with 16 GB of built-in storage, which is further expandable via microSD card up to 128 GB and it operates on latest Android KitKat 4.4 operating system.
On the other side the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS. It has a 4.6-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) Triluminos display with X-Reality engine. The Xperia Z3 Compact empowered by 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC with Adreno 330 GPU, which is paired with 2 GB of RAM. It also has a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and Exmor RS sensor, apart from a 2.2-megapixel front facing camera, just like the Xperia Z3.
Both the Smartphone offered Wi-Fi, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth 4.0, GPRS/ EDGE, A-GPS, 3G, 4G LTE (for select markets), 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB for connectivity
