While it has been only a few months since the announcement of the Xperia Z2, it appears like Sony has started prepping its successor. The alleged Xperia Z3 smartphone has already been circulating in a plethora of rumors and leaks and now, the device has been spotted by the prying eyes alongside the Xperia Z3 Compact.
The leak shows the front panels of the Xperia Z3 and its miniature variant in Black and White colors and it also reveals the slim side bezels around the screen. Sony might be planning to launch this device in the third quarter at the IFA tech show to happen in early September in Berlin.
Other than the leaked image, there is no further information regarding the handset, but we will be getting to know more details in the coming days. One thing that is sure is that the handset will feature the OmniBalanc design language that Sony has been following since last year for its Xperia Z lineup of devices.
Moreover, if the Xperia Z3 arrives at the IFA 2014 tech show, it will surely be a tough challenger for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that is also speculated to arrive then.
