Facebook keeps doing new things. Sometimes, it’s a change in algorithm, sometime, it’s a little change in the look of icons or sometimes, it’s altogether a new feature.
In the latest move, which is going to be helpful for a lot of people out there, Facebook has made it possible to keep scrolling the news feed while watching a video. The latest update to the Facebook platform will have an added button at the bottom right of the video, upon clicking, it will give you an option to drag the video anywhere on the browser so that you can keep watching the video without disturbing your routine Facebook news feed scroll.
This feature has received applauds from a lot of people right in the initial stage. However, the feature is available only for the desktop as of now, videos in the mobile app have got a new feature too. Taping onto a video in the mobile app will automatically open it in a full window.
The feature is not available for all as of now, there are a lot of demographics where the video continues to behave the same way. However, regions like USA, Canada have got it. The interface looks pretty simple, it just has a play, pause button and like/share options.
