Samsung Z Gold-6

z-gold-1

It has become an usual stuff for smartphone making companies to release a gold version of at least their flagship smartphones.  The color seems to magnetize a lot of buyers, that is why almost every other major manufacturer has chosen this path, even Apple. Samsung happens to be one of those makers as well and recently, Samsung Z smartphone was spotted in Gold variant. The Z is the company’s first Tizen mobile operating system powered smartphone.

Pictures you can see below of the Z smartphone were captured at the Tizen developer meet in Russia. The firm didn’t reveal anything at the event if it’s going to offer the handset in this color also not even that when this will land to the market for normal people.

So it still has to be seen if the gold Samsung Z with Tizen OS will ever go on sale. Also we people are waiting for this device to release but unfortunately, if you are also waiting for Z, then there is a bad news, Samsung stated at the Tizen Developer Summit in Russia that it is delaying the launch of the Z, and still there is confusion right now when the company plans on finally shipping out this smartphone across the world.

Samsung Z packs awesome hardware, no doubt, it has a 4.8-inch 720p display, a powerful 2.3 GHz quad-core processor with huge 2 GB of RAM, 16GB of inbuilt storage that you can expand later and a decent 8 megapixel rear camera. However, if you compare this device to recently launched HTC One M8 or LG G3, it is not a power packed device but then again its really not competing with anything else in the market right now. The target here is get people to get familiar with Tizen and perhaps maybe then Samsung would think about chiseling out a bigger slice of the market for its homegrown mobile operating system.

So, what you think, this Tizen would compete with Android, Windows Phone or iOS??, I am very excited to watch the game which soon is going to begin between Samsung’s Tizen and other mobile operating system.
