Samsung is highly anticipated to announce the launch of the metal clad Galaxy Alpha and the fourth generation phablet, Galaxy Note 4. But, it appears like these are not the only devices that will be unveiled by the vendor in the near future.
Well, according to a GFXBench website, the South Korean tech titan is prepping to launch a marginally lesser powerful 5.5 inch device. The device has been spotted on the benchmark website carrying the model number SM-G739F and it seems to come with similar specifications as the Galaxy Mega lineup that was launched last year.
Going by the benchmark listing, the alleged Samsung SM-G739F will flaunt a 5.5 inch display with a HD screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels. Hardware wise, the device is likely to feature a quad-core 1.6 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that is paired with Adreno 305 graphics engine and 1.5 GB of RAM.
Running on Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS, the Samsung SM-G739F is claimed to come with 16 GB of internal storage of which only 12 GB is user accessible and expandable storage support up to 128 GB. On the imaging front, the device is said to feature a 7 MP primary snapper and a 2 MP selfie camera at the front.
Apart from these details, we do not have any clues on the other aspects of the Samsung SM-G739F or regarding its pricing and availability. Anyways, we will come up with more details soon after information hits the web.
