Samsung Gear S vs Moto 360 : Comparison

Companies like Samsung, Motorola, Sony and are releasing Smart watches in the IFA 2014, Samsung released their Gear S where Motorola launched their Moto 360 smart watches. Samsung’s Smart Watch Gear S which became interesting and attractive wearable for the single reason as it comes with a SIM slot, where other smart watches doesn’t have. Samsung Gear S comes with a unique shape which is curved and rectangular shape with a own single SIM slot as well as inbuilt GPS. The display on this screen is OLED screen and it featured a slopes with the curvature of the wrist. Let us see about Moto 360 smart watch , This smart watch is entirely different to Samsung Gear S. Design of Moto 360 looks very simple,decent and very stylish with the elegant design and it looks more classy than casual.

It may be devoid of any features, but not boring by letting its character dwell in sum of its parts and not just the watch itself. It looks very formal with its analog watchface and suits for formals. If you put it on the Horween leather and the metal bracelet, it looks casual too.


Samsung Gear S comes with two inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of  360 X 480 pixels, the bigger screen does mean that Samsung’s software partners can be a little more inventive with their apps. Gear S powered by dual core processor which is clocked at 1.o GHz with 4 GB internal memory with 512 MB of RAM. The features sensors like Gyro, proximity, accelerometer, heart rate, compass, UV light and Barometer.


Where as Moto 360 has 1.56 inch Black lit LCD screen and powered by Texas Instrument’s TIOMAP 3 processor. It pack an internal memory of 4 GB of RAM with 512 MB of RAM. This Smart watch has limited Water resistance.

All the features of these smatwatches are similar which includes RAM, inbuilt memory and iP67 water and i Can say moto 360 is the best option with the blend of both casual and formal look.
