Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime With Metal Body Image Leaked


Samsung might be ready for the launch of the premium variant of its Galaxy S5, that is Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime. The  Serial leaker, @evleaks has posted an image of Galaxy S5 ‘Prime’ aka Galaxy F. @evleaks said in a tweet, “Another alleged image of the supposed Samsung Galaxy F.”

According to the some of the press render, the Smartphone comes with the similar kind of design to the Galaxy S5, but now this time it has an aluminium chassis which has a brushed metal finish instead of the chrome plastic body like is previous variants. The Smartphone comes  the camera along with the heart rate sensor.


The South Korean giant had been previously rumored to be working on the alleged Samsung Galaxy F, which would offer a metal body and was said to launch in 2014 after the release of the Galaxy S5. Some  of the earlier reports have said that the premium-variant of the Galaxy S5 coming with a Quad-HD display and also offers a rear camera with OIS (optical image stabilization), which is missing in the Samsung Galaxy S5. And according to some of the rumors the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime would be launched in mid-June.

A recent leak mentioned in its report that the Galaxy S5 ‘Prime’ has been codenamed ‘Project KQ’, which is  following the Project K Codename and that is already used at the time of released Galaxy S5. The report also indicated that Samsung would be replacing  Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipsets on the  premium variant, with an Intel processor for one of the two variants, while the other is said to sport an Exynos chipset.

According to the rumored specifications which  claim that the Galaxy S5 Prime will Packed with an Octa-core Exynos 5430 which has a  2.1 GHz and 1.5 GHz clocking speed on the ARM Cortex-A15 and Cortex-A7 cores respectively, and the processor is assembled with 2 GB of RAM and for the boast of a small boost in CPU power compared to previous iterations.
