Samsung has taken the strange move and pushed out the Android 4.4.4 update to the very popular Galaxy S3 Neo before any other device in its flagship, before even the smartphone like the Galaxy S5. The update is currently rolling out to the device in Kazakhstan with build number I9300IXXUBNH3 and soon it will be available across different regions followed with other devices as well.
However the update made available as an over-the-air download as well as through Samsung Kies desktop software, also tech savvy and advance users can also get the Kitkat 4.4.4 firmware update from Samsung’s official firmware section to update manually. As of now we don’t have any idea what new changes they have made to this update though there must be some security fixes which I think is the main reason of rolling out this KitKat 4.4.4 package.
Here is the complete firmware update details that you will see after getting it on your phone as well.
