Polaroid introduces its latest innovation : Cube+ WiFi enabled compact cameras

“Big surprise comes in small packages” Polaroid has taken this saying very seriously and that’s why after the launch of “Cube” here comes the updated version. Polaroid launches a new innovative feature to its ultra-small camera called Cube+ wireless camera, which allows you to connect your iOS or Android devices directly. You can either use it to control the Polaroid Cube+ or you can use it with your device as a view finder.

The benefits of this camera doesn’t end with only its WiFi connectivity but eases down the transferring and editing of photos and videos directly into the smart phones.

There was a lot of buzz when the first version “Cube” was launched with its tiny look full HD camera and its amazing features got them into lot of attention.

Users can upload and share media with their friends directly. Cube+ camera is restored in an 8 megapixel sensor, leaving behind the older version cube from its 6 mega pixel sensor.

Cube+ has only one button, if you click it once it capture the still images and if you double click, it will start capturing the videos. Cube+ can record up to 90 minutes of continuous shooting with full HD 1080p resolution. Cube+ is water-resistant up to 6.5 feet and includes a micro SD card slot which is expandable up to 32 GB.

By adding up the accessories like WiFi enabling, direct transferring, editing and sharing of photos and videos from the devices to the web media, instantly made an outrageous move in the gadget field.

Cube+ is measured to be around 1.4 inches and the cost of per Cube+ would be around $150. The appearance of new cube+ would be in pink, green, red, black and blue and it is expected to be out in the market by August 2015.
