Pinterest rolls out a new way of messaging to communicate, share and collaborate each other. With the launch of a new messaging feature, users will be able to keep discussions going on Pinterest around their favorite Pins without having to leave the site or apps.

Few months back Pinterest launched its send a pin feature, which enable users to post and share their interesting pin to their friends and family members on and off site. Actually the users who are connected to the Pinterest would receive a notification that will point out to share a pin where the others will receive a emails about the content that was shared or posted.

The feature has became incredibly popular with users, The Pinterest like to call  pinners with more than two millions pins per each day but it was not useful. Actually Pinterest similar to what you see on the social Networking sites, but slight difference key are present here. One of the major difference is messaging feature doesn’t have a persistent contact list that follows you around everywhere. The reason is Pinterest does not want its service to become about messaging, but wants messaging to empower the way people use its platform.

We are not a communications service,” Yamartino said. “We were not trying to be the place to say ‘What’s up?’ or ‘When are you coming home? The users choose to send a pin, they are shown a list of contacts to choose from once the pin is sent the conversation appears in the lower left hand corner of the website or tablet application.
