PeopleDoc raises $28 million in Series C funding led by Eurazeo

PeopleDoc, a cloud-based HR service firm, has raised $28 million in Series C round of funding led by Paris-based Eurazeo along with the company’s existing investors Accel Partners, Alven Capital and Kernel Investissements.

Started in 2007 as Novapost, PeopleDoc provides digital payroll services and e-signature and case management. It uses cloud technology to automate processes in all parts of employee’s lifecycle. At its place of origin which is Europe, the company claims to have doubled its revenue every year since 2010. In the last two years, it expanded to USA with headquarters in New York and place of operations at Boston. Since then its growth has reached great heights. Its clientele list includes Yves Rocher & Auchan in France, American Express and Match.com.



With the new funds, PeopleDoc plans to exploit the gret depth of its global market that covers all HR companies. It plans to open up London office before the end of the year. Jonathan Benhamou, company’s CEO and co-founder said, ” This funding will help us invest in sales and marketing, further expand our technology platform, support an exceptional customer experience and serve more enterprises as we grow our business in the U.S. and Europe.”
