How to organize Share Sheets in iOS 8


Share sheets are similar to the popups in the Apple device you can see when you share a photo, link, document, or any other sort of data with another app installed on your device. Once after installing an application that allows for sharing, or use, within another app, you may have a hard time finding its icon on the sheet. In the below diagram you can see the how it look like.


When you are viewing a share sheet, scroll it to the far right until you find a button labeled More and tap on it, Followed by you can able to see the list of all available services for this specific sheet.

Here you can enable or disable apps and rearrange them based on your personal preference. But unfortunately you cannot disable the stock iOS sharing options even you are not using them. Instead of sharing you have to do this for each type of document. Browser Safari have its own share sheet and documents which includes like PDF file and many more. But once you get everything dialed in to your liking, you shouldn’t have to fuss with it too much unless you’re install a new app .

First give preference to iOS 8 sharing out sharing data outside of stock iOS apps was very limited; some might even say it was crippled. With iOS 8, the problem is presumably solved, and as third-party developers begin releasing apps with sharing enabled, you are going to want to know how to better manage your share sheet.
