OneLogin, the startup making signing up process easier for the enterprises, has announced its acquisition of Portadi, San Jose based startup which was started in early 2015 for an undisclosed sum.
Portadi helps automate the sign-in process for the complex applications and at the same time, OneLogin helps the big enterprises authenticate the user credentials at any given point with a single sign-in, saving efforts in case of the bigger enterprise applications which need multiple authentication.
Speaking on the development, Thomas Pedersen, CEO – OneLogin stated that the process which Portadi has built is a smart one which saves people from the hassle of multiple logins if they are on the product of a single enterprise. Together, both the startups can automate the process of login onboarding to have smart and faster solutions to help enterprises reduce the efforts.
The founders of Portadi will be joining the core team at OneLogin post acquisition. After CafeSoft, a web access management startup, this is the second acquisition by the startup. It has raised $42.7 million till date, with the recent one being worth $25 Million in December 2014.
