Nordstrom to join Apple for iPhone 6 for mobile payment App soon

Nordstrom is an American retailer, founded by John W. Nordstrom and carl F, Wallin and headquartered in Seattle, Washington actually  this company began as a shoe retailer and has since their inventory to include clothing accessories, hand bags, jewelry and many more.Nordstrom also has home furniture and wedding departments.



As per reports American Express, Visa, MasterCard joining Apple for the purpose of the new mobile payments. This might be officially announced by the Apple on September 9th. Now as per latest report, Nordstrom is in a plan to join Apple and also company is in a talk with other retailers for the initiative the customers to pay for the physical goods at the store with the help of iPhone.

It is not official as the talks with Nordstrom are said to be in the initial stages, still a dilemma is their whether the Nordstrom will be seen as a Apple partner in time for September unveiling. As per early rumors, Apple may utilize the rumored NFC hardware on the new smartphones , along with the iTunes for payment processing, to allows customers to make purchase at the physical stores.

As such, Apple’s mobile wallet would compete with Google Wallet on Android and ISIS, a mobile payments partnership between U.S. wireless carriers AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

If this Nordstrom joins Apple, definitely it will became asset to the Apple, how ever Apple is also interested to join many other retailers. This rumored partnership with Nordstrom may make sense given the retailer already uses Apple products in lieu of cash registers at many stores now.
