Nokia X software platform 1.2 update Starts getting for X,X+ and XL

Nokia stopped Nokia X software platform, The users who are using this platform finally had some good news that Microsoft started rolling out 1.2 update for Nokia X, X+ and XL these device can except to see new features with enhanced applications. The users of these smartphones can check the update by Clicking  settings> about phone > system updates and tap on the software if it is available.

These Update will get the some of the new features which is similar to the X2, which includes new app switcher, new Nokia Store with new Home screen Spotlight widget for app discovery and one-click downloads,, OneDrive and OneNote apps and more. let us see the What’s new in this Nokia X software platform with which is updated by 1.2 version.

What’s new in this update :

  • Improved ease of use with the new app switcher which is used to switch easily between open apps, or close apps with a single tap.
  • Instant access to your mail, calendar, and notes with and One Note. Updated Nokia Store. This new design to help you find content more easily, and better integration with third-party stores.
  • New scroll able widgets, call reject with a message, contact search in the dallier, automatic uploading to One Drive, and local calendar support.
  • General performance and usability improvements.

This new software will be available over the air OTA starting today. If you want you can check for the software update manually from settings > about phone > system updates similarly as I mentioned earlier. The size of this updates is around 100 MB.
