The Nexus 9 launched last month is one of the few devices running on Android that has 4:3 display aspect ratio and yet capable of being pleasant to look at it. For the Android fans out there, the HTC made slate would be all that the modern day high-end Android tablet for purchase.
The Nexus 9 houses a 2.3 GHz NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor backed by 2 GB of RAM and not to forget the 64 bit architecture of the chipset. The screen measures 8.9 inches in size and it is an IPS LCD panel with a QXGA resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. There is an 8 MP primary camera at the rear of the slate dual HTC BoomSound speakers and a 1.6 MP snapper for video conferencing at the front.
The other aspects of the Nexus 9 include 16 GB and 32 GB of non-expandable internal storage options, Android 5.0 Lollipop, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi and LTE or 3G (only with 32 GB variant) and a 6,700 mAh battery. The battery enables Nexus 9 to last for decent hours of backup without any shortage of oomph.
The Nexus 9 has arrives back in stock on the Google Play Store now for $399 and $479 for the 16 GB and 32 GB variants respectively.
