MySuperBrain, Hyderabad based EdTech startup which works as an online talent discovery platform for the students, has raised an undisclosed amount in Angel Funding from Soniks Consulting. The raised funding will be used for marketing the brand along with developing on the technology side.

Founded in 2011 by the Alumna of IIM named Yuvaraju Atmakuri and Bojja, MySuperBrain is an online platform which lets the students showcase their talent to the outer world. The talent can be in academics or other co-curricular activities like music, painting, dance etc. It also offers targeted content to the students which helps them learn a lot of things in form of video and gaming content. Along with that, it has a little social networking element which helps the students of similar interests get connected.

Speaking on the development, Bojja, CoFounder MySuperBrain stated that there are a lot of career options coming up lately which have not been the traditional ones and for a lot of time, the IQ level of the students has been speculated based on their verbal and mathematics skills. MySuperBrain is here to change that perception and the solutions have proved to be really effective in the recent times.

It also has a monthly magazine based on students activities to motivate other students. As of now, it has over 450 subscribers and a lot of them are the schools in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region. Magazine subscription is one of the major revenue generating medium for the startup. In the coming time, the startup plans to have a presence in at least 10 metro cities of India.
