The company has been incubated by Nasscom’s 10K Startup Warehouse. has developed an algorithm which matches the recruiters to job seekers through patent pending proprietary software. The software captures and matches unique information like salary and title.

Bangalore based Abhiman Technologies owns has seen tremendous growth in terms of jobseekers at more than 10% and 2% in terms of recruiters. The company was founded in Abhijit Khasnis and Manjunath Talwar, who are ex yahoo employees.

Abhijit Khasnis is one of the founder of He is the chief operating officer. He holds patents in deployment of customisations of Enterprise Applications and Real time Association of related breaking new stories across different content providers. He has published books on XML in Taxation, Siebel Application Deployment Manager and Siebel Accessibility. He graduated in Bachelor of Electronics from Shivaji University and did his Masters from Birla Institute of Technology Science, Pilani popularly known as BITS, Pilani.

He has diverse experience in the software product development world. He started his career as Member, Technical Staff in NextSet Inc. Later became Technical Architect in i2 Technologies for 3 years. He became Senior Development Manager in Oracle India handled Core Engineering team at Oracle’s Siebel CRM. In 2010, he became Director of Engineering in Yahoo India where he built yahoo’s content ingestion pipeline using Hadoop based platform. All Yahoo media sites use content ingested by this system. He is honoured as Yahoo Super Star by Yahoo Inc in 2011 which is top honours in Yahoo.


Manjunath Talwar is another co founder of He has done Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He did his post graduation from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in Information Technology and Finance.

He started his career Business Development Executive in ASM Technologies Ltd later moved as Product Manager in i2 Technologies. Then he became Senior Product Manager at Tally Solutions. In 2006 he moved back to i2 Technologies as Senior Manager. He became Product Head of Yahoo Travel in 2009. In Yahoo he managed product management for Global Yahoo games in 16 markets spread across US, UK, Taiwan, Singapore and others.

Manjunath Talwar was awarded with Yahoo awards for the highest achievement and Y Super Star Award for the team. He was instrumental in launching global weather product based application in 18 countries.

Money-in-jar-fallen received their seed capital in 2014 for $330K by a set of investors led by IDG Ventures India. The other investors are Prashant Kirthane, Co Founder and Chief Technology Officer of travelmob, Ravi Gururaj, founder and Chief Technology Officer, VMLogix, Shamsunder Talreja, owner of JetSet Capital and Raghu Krishnananda, former senior director (product engineering) at Yahoo.

Venkatesh Peddi of IDG Ventures India joined the board of Directors in The funding was used in expansion of team to scale up revenues and for product enhancement.

On February 09, 2015 received $3 million as Series ‘A’ funding from IDG Ventures India. The company has rolled out an Android App allows faster real time communication between candidates and recruiters. The app uses familiar channels like Whatsapp, SMS and others.
