Motorola announce Android 5.0 update for Moto E, G, X & Droid phones

The search engine giant Google has launched its latest Operating System Android 5.o Lollipop. The latest Operating System has comes with Nexus series tablet and Smartphone which are also launched with it. After the announcement of Android 5.o Lollipop by Google, the Motorola Mobility has confirmed withinin minutes that they will be releasing the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for all of post-Google acquisition smartphones such as Moto E, Moto G (2013, 2014, LTE version), Moto X (2013, 2014) as well as  the latest Android OS is also available for the Motorola Droid family which includes Droid Maxx, Droid Mini and Droid Ultra.


Motorola’s Steve Horowitz wrote in a blog post that

[quote]“Now that Android 5.0 Lollipop will be going to the world with Nexus 6—a product of some of our own engineering—we are excited to confirm that this latest and greatest Android release will also come to our other devices as part of our ongoing software strategy to provide fast updates to our pure Android experience,”.[/quote]

But on the other side Motorola has not shared any timelines for the Lollipop update at this point but if  we check the company’s track record is any indication, we should start seeing the update roll-out soon after the Nexus 6 launch. The Android 5.0 is one of the biggest Android release till date  which includes many major improvements and new features such as material design, better security, battery saver mode, ART as default run time, guest mode and more feature will be disclosed in we use this latest Android OS of Google.
