Modbook announces 15 inch pen based OS X tablet

Modbook is an after market modification which converts an Apple MacBook in a slate type computer, This was developed by Axioton located at Los angles and California. Now you got some idea about this Modbook. Modbook is back with the announcement of 15 inch pen based tablet that uses new retina mac book, recently apple just refreshed this week.  For those who are unfamiliar with the company, it first started making OS X based tablets by converting Apple laptops and adding pen input capabilities as far back as 2007

This Modbook is giving the kick start for the new models to raise the funds and takes preorders this model you will get the 2.2 GHz Comes for $4000 apart from pen input as well as some design tweaks remaining all the specifications of this tablet is similar to the Apple’s Macbooks and company can also mod your Macbooks for a cool $1999.

If this model became success about $150 k then the company is ready to start the planning for the Modbook pro X which provided their own Mac in early 2015. There are some more features for this year model, In this model there is an option for rear mounted keybars which provides the  fast/quick keys for the shortcut.
