MockBank acquires web and mobile service startup, Litoro

Most of the Indian still believe that the government job is safest job one can have, as there are lots of benefits and its package is also good if not great. Millions of people appear for few thousands government jobs in the country every year. This also leads to the growth of organizations that offers courses for the government job.



MockBank is a Bangalore based startup that helps its users in preparing various government jobs. The startup offers mock tests for various government jobs in different categories including public sector, banking and insurance sectors. According to the MockBank, this market compromises 20 Million to 40 Million job aspirants every year.

MockBank.com has acquired web and mobile services startup Litoro. Litoro is a Vijayawada based web and mobile product development startup, which has also developed initial version of MockBank. The deals details have not been reveled.



Entire team of Litoro will join MockBank. Konark Singhal, MD of MockBank said about the deal, “We have acquired Litoro primarily for its experienced tech team. That they already knew so much about our product made the decision easy,”



MockBank was founded by Konark Singhal, Manesh Jain and Ramesh Narayanan in 2013. The startup allows its candidates to prepare for different government jobs. As of now, MockBank claims to have 100,000 users. The company had also raised $400,000 from Blume Ventures in September this year.
