The Lumia 830 smartphone, an upper mid-ranger that was announced officially at the last month’s IFA 2014 tech show will be releasing this week claims a new report. The report also suggests that the smartphone will be priced at €330 without taxes and subsidies. The highlight of the smartphone is the incorporation of thinnest optical image stabilization that was seen in the Lumia phones so far.
The Lumia 830 flaunts a 5 inch HD 1280×720 pixel ClearBlack IPS LCD display and makes use of a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. This processor is aided by 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of default storage space that can be further expanded up to 128 GB.
The imaging hardware of the smartphone comprises of a 10 MP PureView camera with Carl Zeiss optics, LED flash and the so called “thinnest” Optical Image Stabilization. Furthermore, there is a front-facing 1 MP selfie camera. The Lumia 830 provides room to standard connectivity features, Windows Phone 8.1 operating system and a 2,200 mAh battery.
