LG has announced officially that it will be bringing the UX interface that came along for the first time with its flagship smartphone LG G3 to all the mid-range and entry-level smartphones and tablets. This UX interface is a feature rich Android customization that will be included as a part of most of the other devices launched by the firm later this year. Apart from these handsets, LG has already included this UX interface with the G3 Beat smartphone and the newly announced G Pad series tablets.

Besides getting this UI, the devices will also receive the simplified camera with Touch & Shoot, Clean View preview interface, Gesture Shot and others. Other aspects of the UX interface are re-size option, Smart Keyboard with app-based word suggestions and more.

This UX interface that is included in the LG G3 has receives acclaims from the users ever since the smartphone was launched in May 2014. It is owing to this feature that has helped the handset gain three ‘Best of the Best’ awards from the 2014 Red Dot Communication Design Award judges.

It has to be noted that the South Korean firm is well known for receiving awards for its flagship models. Last year, the firm was awarded for the LG G2 with the Knock feature and now this is followed with its successor.

Regarding the new move, Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG, said “With the basic principles of the G3’s UX features rooted in making complex technologies simple and convenient, our goal was to provide consumers with a user experience they genuinely need and want . Standardizing these features across our entry- and mid-tier mobile products is just a natural extension of our desire to make every LG device feel premium and unique.”
