As Google unveiled the Android 5.0 Lollipop update last week with its Nexus devices, the manufacturers are coming up with the update plans for their high end offerings. While we have already heard the plans of Sony and Motorola among others, a report has spilled the beans regarding the LG G3.
It appears like the flagship LG G3 will be receiving the Android 5.0 Lollipop update by the end of this year. An LG representative of Netherlands and Belgium has revealed this information, but the exact time frame for the update is not specified. It is alleged that LG will soon come up with an official announcement regarding the same.
The LG G3 is speculated to be joined by the LG G Pro 2 as both are the flagship models of the South Korean firm. We can also expect more devices to receive the Android 5.0 Lollipop and the list includes LG G3 S, G3 Stylus, G2 and the mid-range L90 and L70.
LG is known to add a plethora of features to its offerings to enhance the user experience and it would be interesting to witness the latest additions to the interface.
