LG G Vista with 5.7-inch display goes official for Verizon

Within a few weeks after the announcement of the LG G3, Verizon leaked that it will be launching the G Vista that is claimed to be the Lite variant of the LG G Pro 2. Now, the mid-ranger is official and it is based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. The carrier is selling the Black colored variant of the handset for $99.99 with a two-year contract and $399 without a contract. lg g vista When it comes to specifications, the LG G Vista is fitted with a 5.7 inch qHD IPS display carrying a screen resolution of 960×540 pixels. This display is layered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added protection. Under its hood, is a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 processor supplemented with Adreno 305 graphics unit and 1.5 GB of RAM to handle the intense graphics requirements and multi-tasking efficiently. On the imaging department, the LG G Vista packs average aspects such as an 8 MP primary snapper paired with LED flash and a 1.3 MP front-facer that can make video calls and click selfies. Storage needs are taken care of by 8 GB of internal storage space that can be expanded by means of a micro SD card. Other goodies onboard include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 3,200 mAh battery. Interestingly, the LG G Vista features rear buttons for a convenient single handed usage and has slim bezels on the front as in the LG G3.
