LG G Vista to come as 5.7 inch affordable Verizon smartphone

By | July 11, 2014

LG has announced the availability of the G3 and Verizon has leaked last month that the LG G Vista is claimed as the Lite version of LG G Pro 2. From then there is no details leaked about the specifications and availability of the smartphone, but the recent leak has revealed that the device is going to be the mid-range smartphone.

LG upcoming flagship smartphone is now available for pre-order from Verizon and it is going to be released on July 17. The screen size of G3 is fairly large at 5.5 inches and it still comes in the super slim design. LG G Vista follow G3 with the same kind of design, but the display is lightly stretched to 5.7 inches with 1280 x 720 resolution, while G3 comes with 2560 x 1440 resolution.

LG G Vista comes with the model number LG VS880 and it sports a 5.7 inch and 720p display and it is highly targeted the emerging markets. It runs on Android 4.4.2  KitKat Operating System and powered by Snapdragon 400 processor paired with 1.5 GB  RAM. It has 8 GB internal storage and features 1.3 MP front and 8 MP rear camera and 3200 mAh battery.

Compared to G3 it is not so small and light, but it is thin enough mid-range smartphone with 9.1  mm  thick body and 158 grams weight. Still there is no official word regarding the price and availability details. Simply saying it looks like a larger G3 but with lower specifications and seems like a slightly inferior construction.

Hopefully, Verizon would be able to sense the market and quote the reasonable price for Vista, but still we need to wait for some time to find out the official price details.
