The Taiwanese Smartphone maker HTC has launched three new Smartphone in India. The HTC has launched the octa-core HTC Desire 820 in India, along with the quad-core HTC Desire 820q. They also launched the HTC Desire 816G in this event.
The HTC Desire 820 is the world first Smartphone which has a 64 bit chipset. The Desire 820 is empowered by 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC which has a 1.5 GHz quad-core + 1.0 GHz quad-core and that is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It is a dual SIM phone with 4G LTE connectivity. The phone operates on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system with HTC Sense UI skinned on top. This Smartphone of HTC has a 5.5 HD display. And it packed with 13 Mega-pixel rear camera along with LED flash and it also has a 8 mega-pixel front shooter sits near to the ear grill of Smartphone is able to take nice selfie with full HD recording.
Whereas the second phone of HTC that is Desire 820q also a dual SIM Smartphone with Nano SIM support. This Smartphone has a identical specification but it is empowered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor which is coupled with only 1 GB of RAM.
And the third Smartphone of HTC that is Desire 816G has a similar kind of specification of HTC Desire 816 Smartphone. It is also a dual-SIM which has 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor,which is slower as compared to he Desire 816’s 1.6 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 CPU which is paired with 1 GB of RAM and runs on Android KItKat 4.4 Operating system. The HTC Desire 816 comes with 13 MP rear view camera with LED flash and on the front panel it has a 5 MP front facing camera is also present.
The HTC desire 816G is available in Indian market at a price around Rs. 18,990/- (roughly at $ 300) and price of the other Smartphones of HTC will be disclosed.
