Steps to follow

  • Open the desired PDF document in Acrobat standard or professional.
  • Select Export under the file and choose the ‘Text.’, Some versions may have Text accessible or Text plain.
  • It’s better to choose Text accessible to preserve basic formatting.
  • Type the file name after converting and click on save button, The file save as tab-delimited in the Acrobat.
  • Launch the spread sheet application such as Excel or Open Office Calc, and select the open under the file in the menu bar.
  • Now you need to select the file which you had saved in the step 4 and click the open button to launch the import wizard.
  • Now you can  review the pages in the import wizard to select how the data is organised in the the column and click the next button to navigate the wizard.
  • finally click on the finish button and save as function and select the type as ‘CSV’. Select CSV windows instead of CSV Ms DOS.
