Well, let’s hope that none of us has any incident in which we need to utilize this, however life is eccentric, nobody knows what will happen next. You are safe till you are in your home, or with those companions who has the Contact number of your Family, not possible all the time to be the friends and family, in such case you need something that might be utilized to contact your nearby ones, simply means an emergency message or calls and especially with speed, you cannot just rely on opening the app or dialer to contact them.

There is a Cydia/Jailbreak tweak called InCaseOf that helps you to manage the emergency info on your iPhone’s lockscreen. so in emergency situation you no need to unlock your device just tap ICE, it will bring all the emergency contacts on your screen. Once you install this tweak and starts using this, it will add an extra ICE button to your iPhone’s lockscreen dialer, this ICE button will let the person knows about you without opening your iPhone, some data includes name, date of birth, address, medical history, blood type, and emergency contact information.

Once after getting this on your device you need to configure it first by setting an emergency contact, you will have to provide the Number for that person too. How to add ICE on Lockscreen of your iPhone

  1. Go to App menu and launch Cydia from your jailbroken iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap search at the bottom and type InCaseOf
  3. As it is free so it won’r ask for any money just tap install.
  4. Tap once to confirm installation.
  5. After complete installation restart your device.
  6. Now go to settings and configure as you want to use this.
