The Google Nexus 8 tablets will be coming in the third quarter of this year according to a new report. This Upcoming Nexus 8 tablet is manufactured by HTC instead of the Asus, according to reports. The tablet is running on the Android eco-system.
Google Nexus 8 tablet by HTC coming in Q3
The report, which are coming from Taiwan has claimed that the Mountain View giant has teamed-up with HTC instead of the Asus for its next Nexus tablet, which is called the Nexus 8. According to some of the sources which said that the “Google has partnered with Asustek for the first two generations of Nexus 7, but for the next-generation model, the Internet giant has considering a new design and therefore they has switched to a new partner.”
The Google has contactedto the Tawinese Smartphone maker HTC for the Nexus tablet line-up,at the time the propasal of the Google was refused by the HTC because that time the HTC is busyfor promoting its smartphones business.
According to earlier reports which suggested that the upcoming Nexus 8 could be a 8.9-inch HD display, which will offer a tough competition to the Amazon’s Kindle range and Apple’s iPad Mini devices. Some of the reports also claimed that the upcoming Nexus 8 tablet will be operated on the latest Android 4.5 which is latest and successor from the Android KitKat 4.4 operating system.
