Google Chrome 36 Released for Desktop and Android with Minor Updates

The Search Engine giant Google has launched Chrome 36 variant for the Desktop and Android users. The Google Chrome 36 (version 36.0.1985.125) for  the desktop can be updated from the browser or  it can be downloaded from the website manually. For Chrome 36 (version 36.0.1985.122) on Android, the Google said that the users will to wait as the update will be available in Google Play in the next few days.

The Desktop users will gets number of changes in this update – the design of Incognito/Guest NTP has been updated, but no further details have been provided. It appears as if only the new incognito tab design has been changed, giving the same warnings in a new cleaner white-background layout. The Google Chrome 36 variant also brings the ‘browser crash recovery bubble’, with improvements to Rich Notifications, and also introduces the Chrome App Launcher for Linux Operating System users.

Google has fixed near about 26 security issues in this Chrome update. The company has also informed that it has brought developer features from Chrome 36 beta to its stable Chrome 36 update, such as “HTML Imports, Object.observe() and more”.

Whereas the Google Chrome 36 update for Android brings less changes as compared to the desktop variant. In this update  brought the improved text rendering for non-mobile optimized sites.  The tech giant Google has also said  that now doodles have been brought back to the new tab page. In this latest update you also get an Undo tab close option, full-screen video playback with subtitles and HTML5 controls, and support for multi-window and Chromecast.
