After a series of leaks and a semi-verified acknowledgement from a Samsung executive, the Galaxy Alpha is all but confirmed that might at the end of this year, it will be launched. Just yesterday we came across a set of hands-on leaked images of the white variant of the device, and now, new clear images give us another look at the Galaxy Alpha with metal body.
The images got leaked via Tinh Te, and were published on a new Twitter account with the name @culeaks, with zero prior activity, but they seem very conceivable and match previously leaked reports.
According to the images, looking at the aluminum frame going around the edges of the Galaxy Alpha, with a sculpted profile, chamfered edges as well as the speaker grill placed at the bottom of the handset.
We compared the latest iPhone 5 the alpha and found that Alpha is significantly slimmer than iPhone 5, which is 7.6 millimeters across. An older report has already mentioned the Alpha will be just 6 mm thick.
In order to discuss about its front and back, the Alpha again houses the Samsung’s typical design, including a variant of the dotted texture that the Korean giant showcased with the Galaxy S5.
Apart from the images, @culeaks also posted a tweet of the Alpha’s alleged specifications. The only new thing is the battery capacity, at 1850 mAh, which I believe is not up to the mark. Here is the tweet posted on twitter regarding Alpha specs:
Cam: 12Mp Pin:1850mAh Screen: 4″7 720p CPU: Exynos Octa Core, A15 RAM: 2GB Model: SM-G850S Android: 4.4.4
