Flytxt is headed by group Chief Executive Officer Vinod Vasudevan. He is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction and overall management. He has over 20 years experience in software and telecommunications. He is ex alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur where he graduated and got his masters with silver medal. He did his PhD from the same institute.
Prateek Kapadia is Chief Technology Officer of Flytxt. He has graduated in Bachelor of Engineering from Bharathi Vidyapeeth, Pune and did his Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Started his career as research engineer in IIT Mumbai, he moved as software engineer in Algorithmic Research. He worked as a consultant in Zenith Infotech and moved Reliance Communications. He joined back as Senior Manager of IIT Mumbai.
Boby Eranimose is Chief Financial Officer of Flytxt. He is graduated in Bachelor of Science from University of Kerala. He is a chartered accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career as assistant manager handling MIS and Costing for Excel Glasses. Later he joined as Senior Finance Manager at FCI OEN Connectors Ltd where he was financial controller for 4 companies and handled them for various tasks. He headed Finance and Administration department at Daimler Chrysler Research and Technology, India where he implemented SAP financial systems. Conducted shareholders meeting, Board meetings and handled company secretarial responsibilities. Prior joining he worked as Controller of Microsoft Arabia Ltd where he rolled out comprehensive procurement process.
Ravi Srinivas is Chief Operating Officer of Flytxt. He worked in various capacities in many organisations. He started his career with Wipro, moved to Foster’s India as Marketing Manager. Then he worked as General Manager Airtel, from there he headed post paid product division of Reliance Communications and he became strategy lead in emerging technologies. In 2007 he became Senior Vice President in Tanla Solutions, worked at PMO at Zantel, a group of Etisalat. Prior joining Flytxt, he headed COO of Etisalat DB Telecom, Andhra Pradesh for few years.
