FindYahan gets acquired by Zimmber

Zimmber, an Indian on-demand home services startup has acquired gurgaon based FindYahan. The deal, which included cash and stock options is kept undisclosed. The move was confirmed by FindYahan founder, Rachit Mathur.



The latest news comes as the second acquisition by Zimmber. It had acquired laundry service Dhulai in 2015. Founded in 2014 by Anubhab Goel, Gaurav Shrivastava and Amit Kumar, Zimmber has backing of IDG Ventures, Omidyar Network, Sherpalo Ventures, Naveen Tewari and Mohandas Pai. The startup has raised $2.4 million till date. Zimmber operates in cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune. Also, it claims to have over 1000 service providers in blue-collar services domain.



FindYahan serves the customers looking for services such as Yoga teachers, tuition teachers, language tutors and domestic helps. It is currently present in Delhi NCR region. Founded in 2013, it has around 700 service providers on the platform. The startup is backed by the likes of Karan Bajwa, Sunjay kapoor, Amanpreet Bajaj and Brand Capital.



After the acquisition, the team of FindYahan will join Zimmber. Co-founders Rachit Mathur and Snehil Khanor will join growth and product team at Zimmber respectively.
