Finally HTC Desire 816 reached US at just $300

Taiwanese mobile manufacturer has made an announcement that it is releasing its two recent Desire smartphones in US, out of which Desire 610 being sold through its own website, Desire 816 is sold by Virgin mobile USA. These smartphones fall in the range of low and mid range Android devices and offers the smartphone fans a taste of the most popular One series hardware at more affordable price.

Though it has lacked the super high end specifications and the build quality of higher end smartphones it is the most attracted HTC smartphone MWC 2014. This device is not definitely going to leave an impression with its specifications and price range.

It has the 5.5 inch touchscreen with 720p resolution and is powered by 1.6 GHz Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.5 GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and features HTC’s Sense 6 User Interface. It sports 15 Megapixel impressive back camera and 5 Megapixel front camera and the company claims that both works well in low light. It comes with price tag $300 on no contract, beyond the talk plan. It also features the HTC’s Boomsound speakers and amplifier.

Coming to the HTC Desire 610 it sports the small 4.7 inch screen with lower 854 x 480 pixel resolution and is powered by the 1.2 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 400 processor and coupled with 1 GB RAM. It sports 8 Megapixel rear camera and the front camera has 1.3 Megapixels. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat version along with HTC’s Sense 6 User Interface, same as HTC Desire 816 and it features the dual front facing boomsound speakers too. Both the device have the ability to connect to the 4G LTE networks.



HTC Desire 610 is available with AT&T where it is available for free with two year contract or available for $200 without contract.
