Finally, HBO Now comes to Roku

There is a good news for Roku owners, as finally HBO Now comes to the set top box. HBO online subscription service has been absent from Roku till now, but from today onwards, people can now download the HBO Now app from all Roku set top box.

HBO Now allows people to watch all the premium content via internet at the price of $14.99 per month. This online subscription service from HBO was launched via Apple devices back in April. When Apple exclusive deals expires, the company has added its online service to Google’s Chromecast, Amazon’s Fire TV and Fire TV stick in August.

Now, new customers can sign up for HBO Now subscription service within the app at the cost of $14.99 per month and watch all the HBO content including Game of Thrones and True Detective. The new users will also get a 30 day free trial subscription.

Recently Roku has launched a new set top box named Roku 4 at the price of $129. The Roku 4 set top box comes with Ultra HD 4K supports and also runs Roku’s latest operating system OS 7. According to the reports, Roku set top box was best selling media streaming box in US in 2014.
