E-Fun has announced the launch of a new 10.1 inch hybrid tablet based on Windows and this device comes with a detachable POGO keyboard. The device is dubbed Nextbook is priced at $179 and it will be made available in mid November.
The Nextbook features a 10.1 inch capacitive multi-touch IPS display with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and it is powered by an Intel Atom Z3735G processor that is coupled with 1 GB of RAM. There is 32 GB of internal storage space in the hybrid device and it can be expanded externally by another 64 GB with the help of a micro SD card.
Imaging aspects of the E-Fun Nextbook include a 2 MP rear camera and a 3 MP front facer for video conferencing. Other aspects of the device include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, micro USB port, mini HDMI port and a 6,000 mAh battery. Also, there is a 3-axis g-sensor for applications and games.
Microsoft is providing free one year subscription to Office 365 Personal, 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage space and 60 Skype world minutes for a year along with the Nextbook. The 2 in 1 device will be made available via Walmart stores across the notion with pre-orders debuting from October 23.
