Recently, FAA announced the drone registration for all the purchased drones in US, you may have freaked out. But, FAA has announced that the drone registration process will be very simple and you won’t have to give extra money for the paper work.

Some firms are advertising that they are going to register drones at some costs. But FAA told through a post that the drone owners won’t have to pay money to the registration firms for registering their unmanned aircraft. The government organization has made this registration policy compulsory, so that it can recognize any drones during any accident or if someone is flaying their drones at place, where they are not allowed to.

The FAA said in a blog post that the drone owners should “think twice” before giving money to drone registration firms. The government body has warned people to stay away from these scams, as these firms are trying to take your money by taking advantage of your fear of waiting in line during registration process.

The FAA wrote in a blog post, “The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) wants unmanned aircraft owners to know that there’s no need to work with a “drone registration” company to help them file an application for a registration number. Owners should wait until additional details about the forthcoming drone registration system are announced later this month before paying anyone to do the work for them.”

The drone owners should not fall for these people, who are trying to take money from you for registering your drones. You should wait and do it by yourself. According to FAA, the process will also be very simple, so don’t have to worry much folks. Don’t pay anyone for just filling up your registration form.
