Education based startup Careers360 acquires NoPaperForms

Online education counseling service provider, Careers360 has acquired Mumbai based enrollment management platform for educational organizations, NoPaperForms. NoPaperForms is the online platform that offers easiest option for accepting school and college applications. None of the companies have disclosed any financial details about the deal.

Acquisition of NoPaperForms will allow Careers360 to improve its Clientele offering. It will also give institute an option to spend smartly on digital media. The director of Careers360, Naveen Goyal said, “We plan to build strong analytics engine on top of the enrolment platform to help institutes spend money judiciously. Currently, NoPaperForms is managing more than 200,000 application for 30+ clients that include top B-schools and universities. With our market reach coupled with investments in technology and product, we hope to deploy the platform in 500-plus colleges within the next 2-3 years”

Careers360 was started by Maheshwer Peri and Rajesh Jain back in 2008. It is an online platform that helps student takes smart decision through its predication or recommendation engine. According to the company, more than six million people visit the platform per month.

NoPaperForms is a four year old enrollment management platform. According to the company, it is currently managing about 200,000 applications from more than 30 organizations that include business schools and universities. Goyal is aiming to take the platform to 500 colleges in next three years.
