Batteries to run on Sugar soon

All the living beings cells break down Sugar to produce energy, Actually the scientists has created this sugar bio battery completely which converts the chemical energy in the sugar into electricity for the purpose of long lasting batteries for Smartphones and Gadgets.



This bio battery we can achieve an energy storage density of 596 ampere hours per (A/h)  kilograms, order of magnitude higher than the 42 A-h per kg of energy density of lithium ion battery used in various gadgets.

Actually this bio battery is a type of enzyme fuel cell EFC, it mean an electro chemical device which converts the  chemical energy form starch or glucose and converts into Electricity.
