AT&T launches its Wi-Fi Calling Features

AT&T has launched its Wi-Fi calling feature after it gets approval of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) two days ago. Currently this Wi-Fi calling feature is live on iPhone that works on iOS 9. If you are using Wi-Fi connection and your cellular connection is bad, your phone will route calls via Wi-Fi connections.

Sprint and T-Mobile have been offering Wi-Fi calling features for quite some time on certain devices. This is a good news for US’s second largest wireless network customers, who can now take advantage of Wi-Fi calling features.

If you are using iOS 9 powered iPhones like iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus you can use Wi-Fi calling feature of AT&T. if you want to add this feature to your device, you have to go to Settings->Phone->Wi-Fi Calling. Then you’ll be asked to answer some questions. So if your device is compatible with this AT&T features, you can try it.
